he can win a title every fighter will have trouble with him the only reason for his losses are he is not busy and its not helping him and he is losing close fights if a fighter isnt active it will effect him
To be fair I think that goes with your next point. I thought he beat Julio but his style kind of robs you of a decision. I think he's a good spoiler but not a championship caliber fighter.
If by World Title you mean strap, well Mora won a title at 154. Obviously fighters are stripped of their titles all the time, and then others fight for the vacant belts... So theoretically, he could easily walk into a situation (and a non-G mgr will help) where he could fight for a belt. And considering he has really good defensive boxing skills, he could very conceivably win. As far as unifying the belts, no chance even at 154. If he's gonna get a title, its gonna be from some cherry-picked paper champ. His style is just not aggressive enough to win decisions against good high-workrate fighters, and his power is unimpressive. I give him a better shot than Sechew Powell of eventually being a titlist.
At 154, he has a chance.... theres the wbc belt, wbc interim title, ibf strips people every other fight and make ******ed title eliminators, wba title, wba interim title, wba super champion title, wbo title, wbo interim title..... So many opportunities for Ishe to get in there.... He's gonna have to get active.... Ishe was willing to fight Angulo on short notice, but they went with Cosme Rivera instead... I think if Ishe fights the way he fought against Wolak, tighten up his D just a little bit, he can win a title.... When he chooses to get offensive, he can be fun to watch.... He needs the right opponent in front of him... And I think somebody like Angulo would be good for him..... Back to the question, Ishe has a modest shot at grabbing one of those "titles"...
