Four years early? He lost to Bivol then fought GGG. That's coming off a loss last time I checked.

This idiot @Young Terror read this :

"GGG fought a Canelo coming off a loss and with a hand injury, and still got embarrassed."

And somehow thought I was referring to GGG losing to Canelo 4 years earlier. :risas3::facepalm::facepalm:

Then had the nerve to call me "mentally ill". For saying GGG fought a Canelo coming off a loss and with a hand injury. You a mental patient! lmao

do you think that the Charlo brothers lack discipline and run around in the streets too much and would they have been better off leaving Houston as thier careers took off?
Or have they gotten the most out of boxing they were going to get?

Jermall is a lost cause the streets got him. But jermell is fine he just has no business at 168 and has had a great career from a guy who was never ranked or hyped coming up through the amateurs like lubin was.

He's been running from Boo Boo for almost as long as he's been alive and he's been running from Benavidez almost as long.

    From Shadow before the fight
You're missing the point. It's something that's never happened before. It's something you've never seen before, which is what makes it as big as it is. Not just a SMW facing a LMW, but the Undisputed SMWChampion facing the Undisputed LMW Champion. Not only is a great matchup stylistically, but it's amatchup of historic significance.

That's not exactly what I said, but his track record certainly backs up the fact that he's an explosive puncher. I haven't seen any of Canelo's last several opponents KOing dudes like Jermell has been. You'd have to go back to Caleb Plant KOing Dirrell to find a recent Canelo opponent who's shown serious KO power. And before that? Who was the last fighter Canelo fought that has KO'd a legitimate name opponent or was coming off a sensational explosive KO win?

I was pointing out that Jermell was a more explosive puncher than pretty much anyone Canelo's fought in a long time.

Who has Canelo fought who was a harder puncher than Charlo? In recent years? Since GGG?

Kovalev, Plant, Bivol for starters.... And for someone who thinks they are so smart, Charlo's KOs came against JrMW's FFS. At 168, he isn't the same puncher as he was at 154, 'Smart guy'...
