this i agree with:good ruiz has become very good at not getting hit flush. not through any defensive genius but by being so frustratingly non compative. i see him lasting, in fact i see him taking very little serious damage but getting completely dominated. like iggy or chagaev without the right hands. ruiz will hug and clinch his way to the end, desperately avoiding right hands

Wlad has a world class jab, Johnny does not. WK also has power in both hands, Johnny has average power. General skills & technique? Not even close.................

The category that favors Ruiz is the slug and hug tactics he uses like he did against Andrew Golota. I've never seen so much holding. He should have been DQ'ed. Instead the judges robbed Golota and gave Ruiz the gift decision.

That slug would get utterly outclassed by either Klitschko. Particularly if the rules were enforced to prevent the glorified clubfighter from cheating.

it was pretty brutal that two of golota's best performances in years, against byrd and ruiz, were given to the other guy. they were tough to score but with two knockdowns? come on...

I just don't see him getting knocked out with his style. I know both Klitschkos have much better overall skills than Ruiz but I've never seen Wlad deal with a guy who clinches more than he does and gets inside. I think it would be a snorefest no doubt, but a lot uglier and closer than people think.
