Joshua faces an opponent today he never faced before. Different fighting style, technique. I still doubt there is a blueprint to beat this man yet!
Only an unfocused Joshua will lose anytime soon. Hes practically fought every type of fight in just 21 fights, hes fighter you wont see lose unless its a type of LEWIS loss where he gets distracted and/ or runs out of stamina which is VERY difficult not evena grade A Wlad straight right kept he down and he was at his heaviest and gassed . I suspect him to handle Povetkin soundly, a much better prepared Povetkin who had dubois AND Sirenko helping him. I think fans have forgotten about progression and rounds learned....its a new era which most you guys just don't know what your looking at.... To defeat this man you ACTUALLY have to win rounds in the first place and beyond one or two CURRENT guys no one should pose much threat...Povetkin as good as he will be wont be nearly that guy beyond some MAJOR upset which can never be ruled out. What this Povetkin fight will show is how Joshua deals with a full fledged pressure fighter ( second best opponent so far ) and he Should pass with flying colors given the size and speed advantage.
He's a little chinny, gasses a bit in the later rounds ( Masked by who he's fighting that won't engage or are too limited and hurt from the early rounds ) and fights dirty when hurt. He best two wins, had shaky moments. Does that answer your question. Yes-- He can be beaten, and it might happened tonight vs a 39 year old man 3-4 years past his best.
