Lol, his strategy to land his right hand on kirkland was to eat kirkland's left hand without blinking and then connect his own right hand. Kirkland had like 90% kos, so there's no doubt he hits pretty hard.

Kind of sad to read comments like yours, with little to no knowledge at all in them.

It's great to see Junior made the weight yesterday. The issue is he hasn't fight below 168 for the last 5 years and hasn't been performing at his best for the same amount of years.
We don't know if the weight loss will benefits him or zapp his energy making him susceptible to body shots.
While Canelo has been performing at p4p level. I think the skill level will tell and Canelo will be too quick on the draw with his punches.
I am rooting for Chavez, I have my doubt if he is able to hurt Canelo who for once is not drained and known to have solid whisker.

Kirkland like Khan was a handpicked Glass Jawed opponent designed to make Canelo look like a 'puncher'. Seems the only person with no knowledge is you. Oscar fooled your gullible ass. Canelo has absolutely been carefully matched other than Mayweather who schooled him.

What are you talking about. We were talking about canelo having no chin, not about kirkland being ATG.

Come on, tell us that kirkland is feather fisted, come on...

What a joke, just shut up, man. You are discrediting yourself.

Kirkland was a pushover. He has no Chin. He offered no resistance. What fight were you watching? He didn't throw or land anything of consequence. Do you understand why Oscar put Canelo in with Kirkland and Khan? It was by design to make Canelo seem like a power puncher which we both know he is not. How are you so gullible?

Canelo is a manufactured fighter used to bilk and con the Mexican boxing fan. If that wasn't the case Oscar would have matched him with GGG by now. Not my problem you can't see what is going on. Those of us who have been watching boxing for decades have seen this story several times before. Canelo was rocked by Cotto's feather fisted brother for christ sakes.

5 fights in the last 5 years, known to be lazy, struggles to make weight and is fighting at a lower weight than he has been in years and always thought to be not very good and over hyped.

Sounds like a hand picked opponent to me. I will say that if Chavez is motivated, he has it in him to make Canelo have a bad night. Canelo isnt nearly as agile as Sergio and Chavez has the power to drop Canelo.

It's a garbage fight that actually has slight potential for upset.

Is it a cherry pick or a really lucrative fight which comes with high risk. I think Chavez has a real chance here if it was not that hard for him to make the weight.
