lol calzaghe is ali or marciano to khan!

khan can come back guys ffs he's 21, hes learning, i thought this would happen sooner or later, with him rushing through for a world title, didnt look comfy against limon or gomez and almost got caught. i dont like khan as a person or as a fighter, but i was still a little upset to see the way he went down, if prescott had caught him with that last punch, khan would be in another planet

He can. The way he went down reminded me of Michael Olajide. A fighter with quick fists, not a lot of power, and a dodgy chin.

I just woke up to this McGrain.

Man we knew Khan had a bad chin but that was a Jab that stunned him.
Oh well i guess his nuthuggers can go away now because i dont have him beating anyone inside the top ten at 135 or 140 ever.

Khan like Audley Harrison has made numerous mistakes during his early career and simply did not learn from them. His initial choice of trainer was idiotic and stagnated his progress. When it became clear his chin was a weakness he improved his defence by simply keeping his hand up more, not exactly the sign of a master tactician. When seriously hurt he always looks to fire right back which meant when he did it against a puncher he inevitably was KO'ed.

Can Khan comeback? Very unlikely. He would have to literally start from scratch, put his ego in check and relearn how to fight the way he should have always done. When he fought Kindelan in the Olympics, the round he won, he fought on the back foot which is when he is at his most effective. Can Khan relearn how to fight? Yes. Will he? Who knows. He is young and fighters like Winky Wright, Barrera and Tom Johnson changed styles so it isn't impossible. But I don't think Khan has it in him.

If Khan and Paulie fight does Paulie finally pick up that elusive #6?

Yes, he can definitely come again, but unlike Lennox after the McCall debacle, he isn't as adept to the pro's as Lewis was... He has a lot more to do before he can even think adout getting back to that level again, never mind world titles .........

So Prescott is just an average puncher??? His KO ratio says otherwise, quite the opposite actually. All this proved is that Khan got caught by a huge puncher and he was starched. That's usually what happens to fighters when they are caught with clean punches by huge punchers...they get KTFO!

Khan should have stayed amateur for another 4 years & should be starting his pro career instead of it being in tatters.
