Khan's biggest weakness is his bad ring IQ bad defense and how he loses focus in the middle of his shoe shine flurries. Khan can't replicate what Floyd does or even close. His skill set is nowhere near Floyd, frankly his chin is nowhere near Floyd's. Floyd did get hit a few times by Canelo and people forget about that.

like others have pointed out there are actually a lot of similarities with this fight and Khan-Garcia. Garcia's advantage in that fight was his timing and his counter punching. I expect Khan to have a couple good rounds because he is faster than Canelo, but that will only take him so far and I think sooner or later Canelo cracks him.

 

Lara controlled the whole fight and won wide ud.

Floyd fought the way he had to. If he moved like Lara he woulda gassed. Plus let's not forget Floyd drained Canelo and Lara fought at caneloweight.

No he can't. Mayweather held Centre ring v Canelo, Khan cannot do that.

 

Frankly the only way Khan wins is if he lands a crushing shot early that makes Canelo think twice about pressuring him. Then Khan dances about for the rest of the night and wins on points. I'd say he's got between a 5-15% chance of winning this. I'd be surprised but delighted if he beats Canelo.

 

This fight is going to be a shining example of how timing beats speed. And i don't really rate Canelo that highly. Khan is getting KTFO.
