Khan is feather fisted ??? :huh

Go and look in a text book and look up where your power comes from when throwing a punch , then evaluate Khan when he is hitting pads with Roach and when he is fighting in the ring . And evaluate his technique and look closely at how technically sound he is .

He is slowly developing his jab to be one of the most solid jabs in world boxing .

In no way shape or form can Khan be classed as feather fisted .

What's up with all this shitting on Chino like he's a complete bum who's been getting by on power punching. People also forget he showed a lot of heart getting up from those knock downs to compose himself in the Ortiz fight.

Maidania leaves himself open on the way in. A well timed, well placed shot will hurt even the best of chins. The great part about this sport we love is the element of the unknown.

Personally, I don't see Kahn sitting on his punches enough to deliver a KO blow. But, stranger things have happenned.

Maidana is a limited power puncher with solid boxing fundamentals , he appears to be strong willed , and has an average chin .

Khan , Alexander & Bradley are much much more than that ...........

I think Khan will have no option but to try and take Maidana out once he realises he has his number , it will be like a kill or be killed scenario , if the opportunity presents itself , Khan will take him out no doubt ............

I can see Khan beating the bejesus out of Maidana if he boxes safely for the first 4 or 5 rounds racking them up and make Maidana desperate. His shots are wide with a lot of time in between them for Khan to get his own off and get out and like a lot of people are saying he will send him down. The two ways I see Maidana winning is a hail mary or Khan not being in with a legit pressure fighter before.

If Khan has Maidana hurt early, then Khan will finish him, once Khan has someone hurt your in trouble because with his speed and a dizzy head(after a KD) it's not a good combo.

That's exactly why the world will watch. We honestly don't know how this one will play out.

Maidana chin is a little bit like JMM. He goes down but clears his dead very fast. That said Khan can KO him the other way around is also possible. I still believe that Maidana is very overrated after taking advantage of Ortiz inexperience.Khan should win that one. I don't know why he didn't rematch Prescott. It was going to be a good preparation for this match.

The only guy gettin' stopped is Khan, and EARLY, via a straight right down the pipe onto Khan's disgraceful Glass Jaw.

Khan can stop Maidana but he wont risk going toe-to-toe with him, When he will only come out of it second best, The plan will be to box and move and keep that jab in Maidanas face all night with lateral movement.

It will be like the Khan-Kotelnik fight, But seriously, You guys have to take it easy with Khan he is a world class fighter but threads like "Khan has the style to beat Mayweather" are a joke. Maidana has zero boxing skills so its not like he is going to come to outbox Khan to get a UD.

I haven't seen a single person on this entire board saying Khan is ready for Mayweather.
