I feel Kova blew his load too early trying to go for the knockout. he almost go it... but if I was his coach, I'd tell him to just box, and try to get the UD 12. Is Kova capable of doing that?
I'd have to go check but I'm pretty sure Kovalev had his best six pack he's had in his career. Never seen Kovalev look so tot
I doubt it. Kovalev is very talented, but time and time again has proven uncoachable. His coach in the first fight with Alvarez was giving him the correct instructions, but Kovalev ignored him the whole fight and paid dearly for it.
Congratulations to Kovalev. It took a couple rounds, but he did what I didn't think possible and that was actually listening to his coach. When he started listening to Buddy he stopped getting tagged by Alvarez's bodyshots and was able to start going to work.
