At 175? JDJ fired... Duva going through the menopause. Coming off a loss after clearly being head ****ed after the first one. Can he still further his LHW resume or do u get the sense it may be down hill from here on out?

CW is pointless really. The best are going to be tied up fighting each other in the tournament anyway.

Usyk etc are way too big..

He'd get a boxing lesson from Usyk and perhaps separated from his senses by Gassiev, but who else at CW are we not favoring him over?

Gassed in last two fights, looked almost gassed in Chilemba fight. Kovalev got old and fast. Not the same fighter anymore. Put a fork in him.

    And I loved watching Kovalev.

The current Lebedev that could manage no better than a drama free pot shot cruise to a UD over Mark Flanagan in NO way should be favored over Kovalev.

    Ward will move up.

Kovalev needs to get his head right and refocus.

I'm a massive fan of SK. I thought he beat Ward the first time and had him winning in the rematch up until the stoppage (sound like the Khan fans then), but whilst he was deservedly ranked number 1 I never thought him to be "the best".

I've always thought Beterbiev and Gvozdyk beat him and with recent fights with common opponents between SK, Gvozdyk and now Bivol it does seem that maybe he wasn't standing alone like alot of people thought.

Having said that I think he'll be retired by the end of 2018/2019, I can see him still having success at 175, he still beats Chickenson but he should keep away from the cruiserweight division.

I see him losing against Usyk, Gassiev, Briedis and Dorticos. Plus who's he to fight now they have the tournament? Unless he makes a fight with Lebedev which considering Lebedev's age and size is winnable.

Briedis would KO Kovalev too ... actually I'd pick Dorticos and Glowacki against him as well.

I predict he has 4 big fights left in him. His controversial losses to Ward probably mentally screwed him up big time.

    Usyk would dwarf him

    I bet he has 40lbs & 3inch on him..

Why should he move up to CW? He is not a big LHW at all.
And he lost two fights to one og the best boxers alive. I don't like Ward personally, but he is good at what he does.

Also, i don't think having a couple og L's on your record is bad. You win some, and you lose some, and if you lose with full effort, that's okay!

Guy gets screwed over twice by corrupting the likes of which can be seen "only in America" now everyone wants to bury him. Gleefully pointing out all the fighters he will now lose to. Perhaps he should just not fight Murican children of privilege in Murica and he will do just fine.

It's an interesting one, fighters should know there ceilings. Kovalev is 6ft. Comfortably makes 175. CW is a huge weight jump. He might get by some of the ageing veterans. But he'd take some damage!

Breidis, Lebedev, Usyk, Gassiev.. All hurt him bad IMO. If he's gassing & looking slower today at 175 imagine his sluggishness at 200! Bad move IMO.

He should target Smith, Jack or Stevenson.
