Can Lacy ever regain a title?

    at 168? at 175? i always wanted to see him fight Tarver, I still think he could beat him

    **** yeah.
    The guy is certainly world class, he could easily pick up another trinket but I think the top fighters will nearly always beat him.

    He may beat Tarver, its hard the gauge Tarver because he fights like he doesnt care most of the time. He really hasnt looked good since he knocked out Roy.
    But in Tarver you have the kind of fighter that isnt the style that Lacy should chasing after.

    I think it's possible, especially because I see the winner of Calzaghe-Kessler ditching the belts shortly, if not immediately, after winning to get bigger fights without trying to answer to 3 different sanctioning bodies.

    Even if the winner stays at 168, the Alphabet Boys will split up the belts the first chance they get- meaning new title holders between guys like Bute, Mundine, Froch, the loser of Calzaghe-Kessler, and Lacy.

    Lacy may outwork tarver and beat tarver to the body. Tarver is soft to the belly.
