And if so... what does he need to do to get there? Where would he rank if he beat Kambosos and Haney lets say? In my opinion if he beats Tank and Kambosos he'd be p4p number 1. Maybe a rematch with Teo somewhere along the way
Unless Canelo loses he will not regain the spot. It deeply annoys me because Ginger should have another, if not two other, Ls on his record. If Usyk beats Fury then #1 spot will belong to nobody but the Cat.
Judges opinion is irrelevant tbh when it comes to Canelo. Canelo has 4 losses (Floyd, GGGx2, Lara) and 4 fixes on his resume (Kovalev, Yildrim, Smith and Plant) He's excluded from any p4p list for shaming the sport of boxing with obvious fixes.
Erroll Spence Jr or EJ as we call him for Erroll Junior is my guy. When he clips Bud Crawford who is pound for pound number I wonder what your new complaints will be?
There's Haney, Lopez, Garcia and Davis in that division, that's 4 big Ws above his natural weight - if he can get those, he might be pfp #1. Keep in mind, this guy is at all times fighting above his natural weight.
Who's Crawford fought though to be miles ahead of Loma? You're mental to think that and you clearly don't know shite about boxing. Loma can get back on top. It was a tactical mistake by Loma to concede so many early rounds but if he continues to win he can get back at the top table. It's not just level of competition it's the manner in which someone wins and Loma has mostly clowned his competition especially taking into account how few fights he's had.
Of course he can. He is by far the best fighter in the world today. His skills have no rival. If he unifies 135 he will once again be p4p #1.
