Inoue looked incredible against Fulton today and I think his power will carry to 126. The question is can loma move down and fight him at 126. This would be the biggest fight loma could get now since Haney isn't going to rematch him. If he can make it I'd love to see it.
Maybe he could, but what in it for Loma ? If he wins, he beat small guy, if he loses, he got beat by smaller guy. Who will give him the credit ? Just like nobody is remembering him beating Rigo.
Money fight for him in Japan at the end of his career. Inoue is bigger than rigo and punches harder and is more offensive.
He is shorter, but have same reach. For me it should be great fight, but knowing Loma, he will not fight smaller guys after his fight with Lopez. If he beats Inoue, would you give him the credit ?
How do you see it going if it happened. I was highly impressed by Inoue’s boxing ability, his skill, feet particularly his judgment of moving in and out especially against a Philly fighter as well.
Yeah I'd give him credit because he's old and he's not big at 135 or 130. He fought rigo at 130 not 126.
Yeah they would because loma is small already at 135 and 130 and he's older and not prime. Most guys at 126 are his size. Loma had to move up because there were no fighters left to fight at 126 after beating Russell not because he couldn't make the weight.
Who makes sense for him then? Haney isn't rematching him. Tank has a fight lined up. Is he going to fight shakur???
He would get a ton of credit coming down in weight at this stage of his career. My question is whether he can still do it and fight at world class level.
There's big money fights at 135 like Gervonta of he stops ducking him. At his age killing himself to make weight to fight in a division where he hasn't fought in years would be a disaster.
