Is Lopez a young hungry lion?

    Always the possibility...
    Vic could be over trained??
Vic could be focused on other things?? (Canelo)
Vic could lose his head again vs. a hungry fighter playing spoiler??

Or maybe Lopez style could bother Vic??
We shall see tonight, No doubt the motivation is there for Josesito.

Either way, whether you had him winning or losing, Lopez didnt look special. Victor should be able to stop him. Victor has good punching power.

He better not:twisted:. Alvarez-Ortiz is a damn good fight. Alvarez by whoopping but at least he'd be facing a young fighter for once and a guy big enough to be at 154, not a blown up WW or an old fart not relevant anymore. Will see this fight and wish both fighters well.

Yes. People sleeping on this fight are idiots. Lopez actually has a better shot at beating Ortiz than Berto did. Berto was just going to get stopped this time early. Berto has never improved his defense and has an average chin.

Absolutely not. Ortiz has far too much stopping power for Lopez. I don't expect this to go beyond 8 rounds

WTF, why? Underdog triumphs always trump preservation of superfights (if you can even call Alvarez vs. Ortiz a "superfight" and not just "something that might be kinda fun")

If Victor loses to Lopez it means he wouldn't have been competitive against Canelo anyway.

Ortiz is gonna knock this guy out, to much power and speed basically, with a short hook or upper cut hell finish him

I agree and Victor hooks with that left hand as well, But what I will say is the kid did have two camps and did run the LA Marathon recently not sure if he over did it........ I mean thats a 26 mile run he did that in like 3 and a half hours or some ****..... People have to train for that run.
