I saw him on last nights FNF he looked alright. It was a nice finish from Lopez when the Ko'd him but he seemed to wear him down more than anything? That 2nd kd vs Berto was brutal though, the fact that he wasn't sparked by that and came back was impressive. Anyone else finding the forums slow atm?
Oh, well then, in that case.. He should just call it a career, since jordan makes a lot of money betting fights and he isn't on jordan's special list.
No, Im just giving my opion and I feel Dallas jr at best is a average fighter a best, again thats just my opion.
Fair enough - and I agree he lost the bulk of his luster as a flashy speed-demon prospect when he got upset by Lopez (who is well-rounded but doesn't excel in any area and is really B- level at best) and can see why he'd appear too flawed and fragile to ever make it at the top - but it just sounded like you were going out of your way to **** on him, whereas I feel it's best to be supportive when a guy is putting in the effort and trying to fix whatever's wrong...which to me does seem to be the case with Mike.
IB thats like your round by rounds, I enjoy them better then watching the fights on TV and I really do, but that is my opion
And your right Dallas could be a great fighter because he has a lot of good about him he just needs to fix a few things to get to the next level and stay focus through the whole fight and he did do a pretty goodjob of that last night.
Vargas is above average, and Lopez pushed him to the limit...and also upset the talented (if not "all there" mentally) Dallas.
