Well, in response to this question I think that Maidana has got the beating of Holt purely because Holt is no stranger to the canvass. Holt can also be drawn into a brawl- remember Holt-Torres II- and for me Maidana has too much power for him if they were to trade.

 

Man Kendall Holt has no chin and would get knocked out and if he doesn't he takes away all the drama from the fight and makes it a snoozer.

Kendall Holt is one of the more frustrating fighters in the entire game. He's got such immense physical ability--few can match his pure handspeed--but he fights in such a horrible style that he often loses fights he shouldn't as well as boring the **** out of fans.

 

Holt would outbox him or outbrawl him, either way he wins. Holt is a step up from Ortiz, and Maidana shouldn't have won that fight if Ortiz hadn't gotten sloppy and panicky.

 

I really don't understand the sudden hype about Maidana, dude isn't that good. Ortiz broke down.
