I've watched a few Ortiz fights and not sure that I've seen him in any trouble, let alone lose a round, LET ALONE look in trouble of losing a fight and he's fought some reasonable competition... Malik Scott is decent and should be an interesting test but I don't know the Scott is leagues above other competition that Ortiz has steadily worked through

What challenge guys... cmon it's not about styles , it's all about power. Scott obviously cannot take the hard punches of PED STEROID ORTIZ . This will be a quick match.

Hearn wouldn't give Ortiz a Matchroom debut fight in which he wouldn't look spectacular winning. Scott has been picked for this very reason: an easy night's work against a name which can be presented to casuals as credible because Chisora and Wilder are on his record.

Scott would have to fight a complete fight and withstand punches from the biggest puncher he has faced

Completely unlikely. there's a reason Ortiz turned down a bunch of fights but pursued this one

Scuba will be hitting the canvas for real, for a change.

Scott could outbox King Kong easily, take him into the late rounds until Kong gets tired, and then play some more keep away to a decision. Kong is that bad a boxer.

Of course, Scott has no heart, so if he gets in trouble that might be the end of the fight.

It may do, but not long term.

Ortiz catches up with and punishes Scott.
