I'd take Floyd's skills, INTELLIGENCE, and athleticism over Martinez size.

I think if Manny fought a very smart fight, he could beat Sergio Martinez. I don't believe he can do this, though. Manny loves a fight too much and I don't think he's satisfied winning a strictly technical fight. With his superior speed, I think he could move in and out, step to the side of Martinez, and land cleanly throughout the fight. He would likely get caught with counters all night if he elected to trade.

Floyd has a very winnable fight in this one. Martinez is quick, powerful, and a southpaw. All of these pose problems for Floyd, but if he doesn't get knocked out early, I see him taking over and neutralizing Sergio's offense. Then, it would be up to Sergio to make the adjustments, and I don't think he can out-think Floyd.

Paul Williams had a reach advantage and see what happened.

I'm almost certain PBF outpoints Martinez. Martinez, as good as he is, is a low volume puncher. That will allow PBF to box and no one outboxes PBF.

I think Pacman is a 60/40 fight in favor of Martinez.

YES. But i don't want to hear that old washed up excuses. But sadly that will surface after Pacquiao stops Martinez.Yes, Pac fought old guys but my opinion the shot one was morales partly because he took too many headshot by Pac. he got old quick in that fight. And Oscar fishnet was definitely old. But the rest have been ok still capable of doing some damage in the ring.

I think Martinez would walk through Floyd's punches and just have Floyd on the defense most of the fight. I can see Floyd getting hurt to the body and to the head. Martinez by a wide UD. Against Manny, Manny would be more competitive with his aggression, but Martinez would make him pay dearly for his mistakes. Pacman would throw alot less punches that's for sure. Manny uses alot of angles now so I'm not sure it he would get ko'd like alot of people here think. The only reason he got tagged by Margarito was when Pacman foolishly laid on the ropes egging Margarito on for a toe to toe match. He paid for that and I don't think he would do that with Sergio. It might be Sergio by SD or a draw.

Floyd didn't exactly hurt Oscar due to the weight disparity, but Floyd still won 9 rounds.

:thumbsup, He's one of my favorite current fighters, but he's still a very flawed fighter. No one remembers how Paul Williams and Pavlik were able to win the middle rounds because Sergio had to take a break?

Martinez is a guy who's two full divisions bigger then Pacquiao and Mayweather. No ones overrating him, he's a big skillful guy. Bringing up his fight with Pavlik is just silly, why weren't people calling for Floyd to fight Pavlik when he was the middleweight champion? no need for these fights to happen. Martinez would not make 154 without being disadvantaged severly. People need to realise how serious a big guy cutting muscle to make weight is.

Martinez not only has a size advantage, he's also skilled and tallented. He's like a combination of Floyd and Pac.

I don't think either man can beat him.

His size and reach would be too much for Mayweather that would be put in a position where he would have to try and make it an inside fight due to Martinez' reach advantage, skills, speed, and size.

Pac is just too small, and Martinez is just too big and too good.
