Yes he can but Bam bam can KO him too. We've seen Pac wobbled by Larios and Berrera's sucker punch almost knocked him senseless and Rios hits much harder than both these fighters. Realistically, it will be late rounds stoppage by Pac because of cuts/injury as Rios' chin is made of granite.

Well Pacquiao has power and Rios gets hit a lot so you'd think there's a good chance of it.

However Rios seems to have a great chin and Pacquiao hasn't KO'd anyone for years.

Pacquiao would destroy Rios, he would stop him before 8. Rios is the perfect fight for Pacquiao, hes a small Margartio.

Rios is not getting stopped by Pac, I could however see Brandon dropping Manny after a few of those tremendous left hooks to the body.

 

Rios wouldn"t be a walk in the park for Pacquiao. He's younger, has heart and a chin. He just moved up in weight and took out a undefeated fighter, who was a good puncher. I do think he needs to work on his jab and set his punchers up against Manny, rather then just throwing haymakers all night, because Manny is faster and can catch Rios with some wicked **** during one of there exchanges, that could end fight early. Even though we know Rios have a hell of a chin, he can't afford to many clean shots from Manny because there going to break him down eventually.

 

Itll be like the Diaz fight, but Rios wud last longer.
