Can Martin Bakole beat Joe Joyce?

Bakole is very good. He'd give Joyce all he could handle early on but I see Joyce weathering the storm and taking over when Bakole gets tired.

Great fight, would like to see it.

Bakole puts his punches together well, but he is a completely stationary target. Joyce Destroys.

No Bakole isn't consistent and schooled enough.

Joyce can't just run through him though, needs to box him a little.

 

Yeah I think he stops him late but Bakole is very durable so it might go to points. Not sure, Joyce is a lot fitter so he can pile on a lot of pressure late. Also depends on how much damage Bakole manages to do early in the fight.

I've seen sparring footage of these two and Bakole was the one backing Joyce up so that'd be an interesting dynamic.

 

Just like Joyce it's very easy to underestimate these guys. People ignore the fact these are 270 pound titans with really good feet for their size, Bakole included.

Bakole's workrate would let him down against Joyce but it's definitely a tough fight. Tougher than Whyte & AJ. Eddie Hearn hype products.

Bet Bakole sparring was tougher than AJ for Usyk lol.

 

I highly doubt Bakole can beat Joyce. Bakole is pretty damn easy to hit himself, would struggle with the pace Joyce sets and his foot work is pretty awful which is why Hunter despite being smaller out boxed him.

It would be fun while it lasts as Bakole would bring it but eventually he gets broken down and stopped.

 

I would say UD Joyce, but close.

 

I’m very intrigued by this match up right now, though I don’t believe Bakole deserves the shot.

I think they share a lot of similar attributes, both big, stocky, heavy guys. Lots of power, resilient, intimidating, durable.

I’d favour Joyce of course as the more seasoned, polished fighter but would be entertaining to see them exchange leather.

 

Bakoles feet are glued to the canvas.... He's got no chance.... And my feelings on Joyce are well known
