If he stirs people up, he has people talking about him. In the US how many boxers have the general public speaking about them(only one and Tyson has been retired for years). He has made a lot more money being the heel than he ever did as the face. If Pac keeps doing shady **** his rep will be so shot to **** in the US, Mayweather will have to get caught dog fighting or kill someone to remain the bad guy on the promotion.

 

Very few people in the US will care the least about Mayweather's comments. Most people(general public) don't know who Pac is and couldn't find the Philippines on a map. May's resume is much stronger than the critics around here suggest. If you think DLH won that fight you don't know how to score a fight and should get schooled up a little before providing your unfounded opinions in public.

He stepped out of line and confirmed what an ignorant moron he is, not that confirmation was ever needed. He is the most prominent figure in the sport, obviously throwing racist chat around isn't going to slide by unnoticed.

In some ways it will be less of a deal, because no one takes Floyd seriously in the first place, and most people already think his entire family are a pack of physically talented nutcases.

Imagine if Pacquiao came out and threw around racial slurs at a black fighter. The world would probably stop turning.
