Can Garcia or anyone else beat Loma and did Pedraza expose some flaws in Loma?

First question would be, can he beat Erol Spence. I belive he has no chance against Spence. As for Lomachenko fight, he would hvae decent chance due to his power, so that would be difficult fight for Lomachenko.

I`d like Garcia to fight both of them, then we could compare Loma to Spence because I feel P4P Loma is far better than Spence but head to head he would be too small to compete that well at welter.

I give credit to pedraza for making loma work for that win. Yes i know loma comes from a surgery but lesser would'nt still be able to do what pedraza did in 10 rds. Also i wouldn't say expose but i did notice that it took loma 10 rds to get into 2nd gear. Hopefully that's just him testing his shoulder.

Mikey can beat anyone @135. Give credit to Pedraza but Loma was clearly reluctant to throw his right hook for nearly the entire fight out of fear of damaging his shoulder again. Fortunately for him he didn't need his right hook to win.

Umhh Pedraza really didn't land much. His best round may have been the 10th. I didn't give him more than 2 narrow rounds & that's being kind. He has a cagey awkward, long style.. Fair play he didn't quit & had a go but it looked like two different levels in there. Bossed it really..

People are seeing Lomas face & pushing it like it must have been a hard fight but that's not what I saw at all. That left eye damage was from a head butt..

Loma in all honesty (bit like the Marriaga fight) probably was just a bit bored & found it unchallenging in there, sort of fights to the level of his opponent to try & entertain! It's pretty obvious. . he's level's above these guys! Keep Garcia in perspective, he was losing badly to B level Easter early on & even Lipinets had success! Its a great fight & note also this was a feeling back in fight for Loma, against Garcia he'd be on his A game! I'd favour a Loma UD.

Lol! Loma comes off a lay-off and one of the toughest shoulder surgeries to heal from, dominates a world champion, drops him twice after he kicks it up a gear in the 11th, and unifies another belt. But because he has a few marks on his face (The worst being a head butt) he was somehow exposed. SMH

They just aren’t able to register obvious things that going into this fight and during it. They can’t do it. So why even bother. Just sit back and laugh at them desperately reaching :D

People seem to obliterate Loma for being far from his best, using 1.5 arm to fight and winning 10 rounds but when Mikey loses 4 or 5 rounds to a bum kickboxer nobody seems to care.

I thought Pedraza fought a great fight. Loma had trouble finding him. Pedraza was illusive and cagey.

Would be a tough fight for Lomo at 140.....but I bet it would be a FOTY candidate.

Pedraza did somewhat expose Loma that if you're a long guy who can move and box and use your length to catch Loma coming in you can cause Loma issues. The problem with Pedraza was for starters he had no power and two he could not fight while defending he was either on full offense or full defense. This is why I have always said that PBF would have been a stylistic nightmare for Loma because he can do all of that in spades and his longer than Pedraza is light years a better counter puncher and had more power more accurate and stronger.

mikey stops saturdays loma, the best version of loma gets beat up in a competitive chess match.
mikey takes away lomas angles with a little half step backwards, a half step he doesnt even have to practice, as its already an integral part of everything mikey does in the ring. it takes away your range while keeping him at the distance where mikey is always set to counter.
when they trade, and they will, mikey does not have to land flush to be effective, the disparity in size, strength, and power, are such that as soon as loma is touched, he will be thrown off balance enough that it takes all the effectiveness out of the punches he may be landing.
pedraza studied loma, knew when to try and catch him coming in, and he did, briefly. loma saw pedraza was looking to land that right and started to vary the angles from which to approach.... took him a while, though.
mikey has the best 1-2 in boxing. it stops your attack in its tracks, forces you to restart your offence. its expertly timed, powerful, and mikey knows how to follow it up when he does catch you flush with it. if he does not want the smaller loma near him, loma will not get near him.
the only thing i dont see yet, is how each fighter will perform outside their normal strategy against this level of opponent. loma, although not often called one, is a pressure fighter. the only time he has looked really vulnerable was when effective pressure was applied to him, but loma works off of making things happen in the ring. mikey is a more reactive fighter, more patient in searching for his opportunities. in this fight the roles will be reversed by the 3rd rd. mikey will be actively walking loma down, forcing loma to work from a defensive position, where he has shown vulnerability.
up close, pedraza landed a lot of body shots, didnt take a lot that were open too. mikey is a vicious body puncher, who actively looks for that opening.
ultimately, loma is just not naturally big enough to overcome the physical advantages in such a skilled package.

Your boyfriend Floyd has an obvious reach and natural size advantage over Loma, that is the only thing he bests Loma at, Loma is the superior boxer, period.

Lomachenko is known as a pressure fighter...
