He can come back at 135 and do well, but he will not win a World title. At 130 you would pick him against Martinez

Mitchell must have really dense bones, suprised if he was struggling with lightweight.

    No he can't

I imagine if Kevin is still boxing in 12-18 months he'll be a LWW by then maybe sooner

A lot of boxers have this problem, cant make a lower weight but too small to be truly effective at the next weight up

Would better strengthy, conditioning, nutrition methods help him get down ? Who knows

But as I predicted Burns would be too strong, it was a good fight up to the stoppage but Burns always looked the stronger guy

he's too small to beat the champs at 135

Abril, De Marco, Burns, all too big

He has the same problem Abraham has to big for the weight class below, and not big enough for the weight class they are in.

Seth's a pretty decently-sized heavyweight if you look at his weigh-ins. I mean, he's not flabby at all, and he comes in like 240. We're talking a 110-pound weight-drain. That's virtually unheard of, Colin.

that's what happens when you are on the **** during the months of June and July instead of being dedicated to training.
