Can Oleg beat Sam Peter??

I'm shocked there too, full credit to McCline though he proved he had what it takes, a bit too late but he proved it.

 

Pointless fight and will be one of the most boring fights ever.

This really proves that boxing is all about circumstances, how do you explain that he ate bomb after bomb from Wladimir and was in trouble only once when he was very tired in the 12 round but Mccline who is not even half the puncher that Wlad is had him on ***** street early in the fight. Same with Hatton being able to absorb Tszuys punches but one left hook from Floyd and he is knocked out.

Peter doesnt have an iron chin, Maskaev has a alot of power....so Oleg can win
it should be a 50/50 match, but Peter will be a slight favorite with the bookies

 

I think Peter will win by Ud! Any way I think if oleg could land some of those bombs he landed on rahman he could tko Peter or win clause UD!

 

peter is an overrated piece of crap, but oleg is old and chinny. peter should be able to wear him down and possibly get a ko.

 

sam peter is the same age as oleg. i think oleg will win the fight

 

Maskaev can definitely win this fight. I'm not picking him to do so, but I wouldn't be at all surprised.

 

If you watch Wlad vs Peter Wlad was a bit tentative and didn't hit Peter in the chin much untill the last round. Most of his power shots were higher on the head. The talk of heavy-weights being chinny is a bit over done IMO. Caught right from a 250 pound puncher and no one will be unaffected except for a few freaks of nature like Tex Cobb.

Also McCline has improved with lots of top 10 experience the last few years and he is a big powerful man.

Can Oleg win? ...yes. Will he win? I'd bet against it. 90 out of 100 Peter takes this one. Too powerful even if a bit crude.
