Can Oleg beat Sam Peter??

what you guys are missing is that sam has trouble with tall guys..,6'6'' is difficult for sam..,oleg 6'2-6'3'' and chin like a screen door will be no problem for sam

At 4-1 :huh thats to much a risk for me, Oleg has a punchers after what we all saw in the Mccline fight....

 

Peter should be able to decapitate Oleg early, this fight will be Peters coming out party, after this fight no one will question Peters power ever again.

 

I heard the same thing in the McCline fight.....All the Peter huggers saying..."Peter in 3 KO over McCline"...

I dont see it...Like I have said alot...I dont think Peter has been the same since the Wlad fight....at that time he was undfeated and his confidence was sky high....Wlad brought him back to earth and McCline did the same...if Peter doesnt focus.(which I think is his problem) he will get his ass kicked

 

I think Peter learned his lesson after the last fight. He will come to fight in-shape and should destroy Oleg within three rounds.

 

Heres what I posted about this subject on another thread. I think its a good assessment of the fight.

I have followed Maskaevs career for a while now and the one thing I can tell you is that often times in fights he develops tunnel vision and is open to wide hooks which knock him out cuz he doesn't see them coming. This has happend many times, ex. Tua, Whitaker, Sanders, and Kirk Johnson. Now his fighting Sam Peter, what kind of punches does Sam Peter spcialize in? Wide powerful hooks. What punches is Sam Peter immune to? Staight jabs and straight rights proven in the Klitschko fight. If Wlads straight punches didn't KO Peter neither will Maskaevs.

So when you analyze all the data, you come to the conclusion that Peter has the weapon that Maskaev has fallen victim to many times, and at the same time Peter is immune to Maskaevs main aresenal. So you basically narrow your bet down to whether Peter will catch Maskaev in 36 minutes of fighting. I say theres a good chance, specially taking into consideration Maskaevs age (39) and lack of activity (last fought 12/10/06). By fight night he will have been inactive for 14 months.

 

i dont care if ya see it and i didnt ask..,i dont know that mccline could go that early with anyone..,valeuv was a blown knee.

and dont forget he was down a 10-7 and a 10-8 and had to fight hard to win against jameel.
