can ortiz really win, or is it a formality he won't?

    page 73 rule 102 subsection 68

If the fighter is a good bloke and you like him he is allowed to get away plenty of things

    Subsection 69

If the fighter is someone that you dislike then he gets away with nothing

there it is in black and white

Sensitive bunch we've got here, was anybody more deserving of that than Ortiz? Is it Mayweathers fault Ortiz decided to look away? Was Floyd meant to try and get his attention before he punched him? I hope you lot get upset everytime
you see a fighter get knocked out by 'the punch they didn't see''. If Ortiz didn't get knocked out I bet you wouldn't have had a problem with it. For the record I think Mayweather is an absolute dick out of the ring. I can't fault him for what he did though, he responded to a blatant foul with something sneaky and legal, good on him.

Only managed to catch the fight this morning, unaware of the result until then. I'm no huge fan of Mayweather but think Ortiz was a bit silly allowing himself to get clocked like that, especially after his headbutt started it.

Ortiz was getting frustrated and butted PBF for no good reason, he apoligised once and even kissed PBF, that should've been the end of it.......... however the silly **** tried to apoligise again when the ref clearly said box on...... no sympathy for Ortiz.

Still remember the very first thing I was told when I first stepped into a boxing ring: 'protect yourself at all times'.

At the end of the first round I ever sparred I dropped my hands as soon as I heard the bell, and the trainer went bang just to highlight my mistake.

    Lesson learned for life.

Strictly speaking yes but it wasn't exactly sportsman like. He had total control of the fight. Unnecessary.

i think floyd the person is a goose. but i don't have a problem with what he did.

    tough titties imo for ortiz.

but who the **** does this merchant ***** think he is. he is a bum and can only wish he was as significant as boxers like floyd and co.

Floyd walked in with 50 cent and walked out with 50 million.

I blame all three in that controversy.

Floyd- sucker punch, no doubt. He pretended to hug then wack.

Ortiz. Imbecile. Disregarded the golden rule of protecting yourself at all times. Waaaay too many hugs, kisses, and smiles post fight. He's a weirdo.

Cortez. Needs to go. A most flimsy, bumbling mess to recommence the fight. No proper separation of the fighters, no proper hand gestures, not even looking, no strong, clear voice commands....he was pathetic and can be blamed for allowing it to unfold like that.

    Cortez said to keep boxing

exactly how long after this does each boxer have to get there hands up

they hugged and made up the first time then high fived to say sorry a second then hugged athird time

does floyd need to send an email to the bloke to tell him it is f fight and he might get hit
