Oh yeah , you're right...I forgot about that (i thought his latest fight vs randleman was at hw because he also fought Ron Waterman and since Randleman fights both at lhw & hw...anyway)
Note when Overeem was fighting at 205 in PRIDE he was routinely walking around at 230 and struggled to make the weight. He's one of those typical fellows that has fared alot better by fighting at his weight. Drugs or not Overeem is a formidable force and genetically blessed.
I think Overeem now poses a threat to Fedor. He is ****ing huge with devastating strikes and a decent ground game. The fight certainly interests me. Edit: Overeem was clearly not a 205 man, he clearly cut weight from at least 220-230. On top of this he is a tall man who seems to be able to carry the muscle easily. He is 6'5" for crying out loud!
I think Overeem can give Fedor a pretty good run, he's competent on the ground, significantly bigger, and has crisper strikes with power behind them (unlike Big Nog). Fedor is going to run through Werdum without a doubt. I think that fight is done in the first round.
Fedor is going to prepare for Overeem much like he did for Crocop. He's not going to **** around for this one.
