    which one, the 154 oscar version that roach said could not pull the trigger anymore and gassed after 7/8 rounds or the inactive 39 year old mosley version that gassed out in 3 rounds and looked like **** against mora afterwards? also corrales was struggling to make 130 and too slow and plodding for pac at 130.

    pac would beat those versions more decisively than floyd except maybe corrales which was floyd's most amazing beatdown of an opponent.

    it's not an exageration that floyd does have problems with southpaws, and i'm not surprised he has problems if his family never train him to fight southpaws. according to sources his dad and roger don't do mitt work or nothing in a southpaw stance. not sure if that is true, but that's what i heard. the thing wiht floyd is he adapts so well during fights that in the end he did take over, but it did take him a few rounds to adapt, which will be even harder to do against pacquiao because pacquiao is the best southpaw in the world, but then again i'm sure pacquiao would have problems with floyd's style aswell.. this is the reason why the fight needs to happen, they cancel eachother out so much, and personally, i think it'll make a great fight.

    you got to remember that is the mosley that freddie roach didn't want to know. roach basically admitted that mosley was too good for pacquiao to fight at 147.

    let's see their top wins each at their common weight:

    @130
    morales, marquez and barrera > corrales, hernandez and chavez

    @135
    castillo > diaz

    @140
    hatton > gatti and brussels

    @147

    cotto, delahoya and clottey > mosley, baldomir, jmm and judah

    Floyd Senior doesn't know how to train against southpaws but Roger does!! Roger said it in an interview once!

    This is just a biased argument . This thread will go nowhere. But anyhow I'm willing to bet that Floyd goes undefeated while Pac will definitely lose 1 or 2. Castillo destroys Pacquiao . I don't care what anyone says. 154(166lb fight night) Oscar wins. Those to me are definates. Chico can go either way. Chavez can go either way but I favor Pacquiao . Thats potentially 5 losses right there.

    Floyd easily takes care of Barrera and outboxs Morales (see Raheem). Cotto would get taken into deep waters and drowned. People ever wonder why Bob tried to make Floyd/Margarito instead of Floyd/Cotto? Thats your answer there. 147 Oscar gets Arturo Gatti'ed. Floyd almost dropped him during their true 154 bout in the 5th from a counter right with his back against the ropes. Do I even need to mention JMM? Floyd stays undefeated . Call me a ***** but its the truth.

    so senior is the one that trained floyd the style he has got, and senior doesn't train aaginst southpaws. like i said i'm not too surprised floyd has had problems with southpaws. he hasn't fought that many southpaws, so even his uncle probably doesn't do alot of training in southpaw stance.

    I agree but my point is he adapted & it became onesided!! Pac I can't see dealing w/Floyds counterpunching ability! I'm trying to think of an opponent that Pac has fought w/speed, chin, footwork, counterpunching ability, great defense & a great offense all in one! That's Floyd so I can't see Pac being a problem after 2-3rds if at all!!

    the bold part is where i can agree. we can say that these guys beat each other's opponent but they did not fought them. pac will always has barrera, morales and marquez on his resume and floyd has corrales and castillo. but we can only assume how a fight against the other's opponent will do.
