just saw a thread about "can pbf trade with pac"...it got me thinking...lets say pbf cant compete power for power with pac....

BUT....can pac cope up with the speed factor...remember pac has been feasting on slowpokes starting from diaz and up (add jmm to it, he aint that fast enough)....who is the fastest pac faced so far, north of 130??? hatton? cotto???

pbf has elite speed...can pac see the punches coming???
pac might be surprised if they ever fought because he hasnt dealt with that kind of movement and speed in pbf....

    what you think????

Pac probably at this point is faster than Floyd. It's more Floyds timing that'd he have to deal with.

Although one could argue, whens the last time he fought someone nearly as fast as himself?

Floyd has great hand speed as well as Manny. The difference is Mayweather has the best timing in the business and a slower Marquez gave Manny fits bc of his timing.

    to answer your question...No....

BUT...is clottey faster than pbf??? both have good defense, heck pbf has better defense with a good offense to boot....look what he did to pac's face....and pbf has movement unlike clottey just standing there waiting to get hit....

its not like pbf is "the flash"....
even if pbf is faster than pac , pac also has amazing speed there's only a slight difference

....lets say floyd is faster by 10% against pac but pac's power is 30% higher than floyds, who do you think has the advantage? who do you think will win?

If Floyd has enough power to stun Pacquiao, Pac would be hesitant to come in. Floyd dominates.

Also seems like Ariza underestimates Floyds power too.

in any combat, speed is the determining factor of who wins...unless your malignagi...

you think pac keeps winning with his power??? its the speed they cant handle...

now can pac handle that kind of speed???

Both will struggle at first with the speed. Both need to step in the ring first though.

I think Floyd's speed will give Manny fits. Its not even the hand speed alone. Floyd has great foot speed and better footwork than Manny which can help him control the range. Add all that with his timing and the fact that he will use his height and reach against Manny unlike previous Pacquiao victims.

He doesn't have to stun Manny in order for Manny to respect his power. People think Floyd can't hit but guys like Mosley and Oscar damn sure didn't walk his feather fisted ass down for some reason. The dude has power and when you add that to his accuracy and timing then the **** hurts.

The better question is, will Floyd fight Pac?
