Can Pacquiao become a top 15 ATG?

Me too. I think Pacquiao we could safely say is in the mid seventies in ATG status at this point.

To be honest with those of you who put Pacquiao in the Top 15 ATG. There is more to boxing than him. Read more. If you put him in the Top 15 then that automatically puts Floyd in the Top 3 by virtue of the opponents he faced in his resume. Fact.

Know the resumes of each and every fighter before you start drawing conclusions.

As for the overhyped Pacquiao, I have him at 78th ranking ATG. Not bad, really as the top100 names I have are quality fighters who helped define the sport we love. :good

 

I don't think blatant steroid cheats belong in the top 15.

On the real though, I know it doesn't mean much, but how can Manny not fight one African American in his whole career. I guess he's fighting Mosley next, but wtf. That's one reason i can't rate him in the top 15 right now, because it seems that they matched him up very carefully in his career. That's why I want to see him fight Bradley, Berto or Floyd next
