    YES. But it only works for one person, otherwise we would start seeing fighters jumping from one division to another.

    Well it can improve your stamina and you're more likely to get Koed if you're tired.

    Also they can be used to strengthen your legs and keep them from turning into jelly and also help strengthen your neck.

    So yes it can help indirectly, but I don't know about it other than that
