This. I have no problem with people who saw Khan winning but he was mostly throwing pitty pat flurries the whole fight and they might seem efficient to some uneducated posters.

Anybody who scored it a draw should find a new sport. I have zero respect for the opinions of people who scored that a draw. Oh and 11 was easily Khans round. People need to look at what a scoring punch is.

hahahahahaha so u have rewatched the fight realised you were wrong but your still scoring it a draw!!!! there is no logic in your thinking. youve admitted your a maidana fan so do you think just maybe your aproach to this scoring is a little biased?
if you rewatch something it just means you see it correctly. there for the correct decision is the rewatched one. you had it WRONG the first time!!!!!!!

I have no problem too with that, but they are selling Khan's win like a wipeout, because Maidana wasn't able to knock him down/out in the 10th, Khan's supporters picked Khan to win by late stoppage or a wide UD, none of them happened, so why are they celebrating that much.

I think I was close, Maidana's pucnhes needed to go to the body in that round, he never did, and it cost him the fight.

within the realms of a 12 round contest scoring each round as you go there can be only 1 winner.....khan.yes he was hurt, yes he had very little left and yes maidana showed that he would of halted khan in r10 if he had 1 more minute,or two or three.the fact being that within the confines of the sport he could not do it!massive courage from both men with a re-match surely on the cards.

Maybe, but what's the difference to see it 114-112 Khan, or 113-112 Khan scoring the 10th a 10-8 round(which the majority did), the fight was still a close one(draw or not), that's all I'm saying, Amir obviously deserved the decision. What I meant with re-watching is that no official judge changes his scorecard when the fight is protested, because they have to defend their positions on fightnight, if they don't change their scorecards, I don't feel I have to change mine. Ask any of the judges who gave Oscar the bout over Sturm, will they tell you they had it wrong?? really??.

the diference between khan winning the fight and scoring it a draw is simple. khan haters or maidana fans are tryiong to dilute the victory by making it seem unjust. your trying to take somthing away from khan and not give him his deserved respect. i agree it was close but amir won. and theres no senario where the fight was a draw!

Maidana won 2/3 of the first 9 rounds and 2 of the last 3 rounds.

That means he won 4/5 rounds and with the KD and elbow, the scoring should not be that close.

He gets my props(for taking all the bombs), but not my respect, if he really won by a wide margin(which he didn't) then I'll be fine with his performance and I'll say is a closed chapter, but Maidana deserves the rematch, i'm not diluting his win, he did it on his own in the ring with those final 3 rds. Maybe it wasn't a draw, but I feel good because I wasn't the only one to saw it even, the rest of those who saw it that way may never come, but I'll stand up for them.:good

maybe you could punish khan for having cortez jump in at least 3 times, instead giving a standing 8 count, that is usally what happens when a fighter is in trouble, an the ref gives him a breather, not just stops it when he is touble, seperates, lets him get some legs, or at least some "ROOM", when action is stopped like that, the aggressor is rewarded with a point, cause of the standing 8 count.
And the gift in rd 5, which threw off marcos rythm for the rest of the rd, which i though he was winning in. elbow point deduction.
Maybe these could warrent a draw:D

I though marcos won the last three rounds an 7, but i was enjoying the fight an not judging so much, Khan did some great boxing in that fight, just wish cortez would mind his job better, when that point deduct came in, i thought khan was really begining to be ruffed up.......115-110 for khan, I did not get the 113-112 card, i mean without the point dedution, an saying Khan still won the round (keep in mind the point threw is rythm off), this would be a draw on this juges card, that would of been some BS
