He looked pretty cut up at 169 and I dont think his body will let him go down to 156 lbs..

.If he did make it how much energy would he have?

at 156 I feel RJJ would be very weak and wouldnt have those quick reflexes...

IF he did make weight would he be strong enough to stand and fight?

Would he beat Oscar at 156?

Yeah, if you take out his heart, lungs, liver, and other body parts.

No way he can get down to this weight. I read that he drained himself to make 170 for the fight (yes i know it didnt look it by the way he performed and he came in one pound under). To lose 14 more pounds would be insane...he is all muscle right now. I could see if he was chubby like Tito..but he was ripped. It would take a long time to get down to that weight cause he would be losing muscle weight...not fat.

Roy's just talking ****. The man loves the spotlight and will say anything to stay in it. I really worry about him, because he strikes me more and more as a guy who just can't stroll quietly off into the sunset. It would be so prudent of him to just walk away now -- so much better for his legacy.

You beat me to it! You would have to gut him like a deer to get him down to 156

I don't think that's a good idea for Roy. There are better fights for him that will make him similar money.

No I really think that's impossible and at 39 years of age it's crazy

If he got down to 156, I would be afraid for his overall health. It's just not safe for him to get that low.
