I got Parker in a late stoppage or Ko. Don't rate Ruiz too highly but his got world class handspeed and decent inside fighting skills, not to mention I favour his combination punching over Parker it's so sudden and unpredicatable. For Ruiz to win he will have need to work on his conditioning big time, try and win the first 4 rds and the last 4 rds when Parker tires, he needs to keep the pressure on Parker which we saw from the Takam fight, Parker doesnt really like heavy pressure. Parkers main weapon will be his jab, he neglects it at time but his jab is one of the best in HW boxing if he can get it working and move around till the second half of the fight then step up the pressure when ruiz becomes tired and demotivated he can force the stoppage. What parker doesn't want to do is get involved in a inside war coz that will play into Ruiz's hand.
Parker beats Ruiz on Saturday, Joshua beats Molina on Sunday, Parker vs Joshua gets talked about seriously on Monday. This is how the weekend will unfold.
Parker beats the brakes off ruiz and leaves him a bloody mess! All depends on how much abel or the ref to allow how much of beating they want him to take.
Considering Ruiz only whooped Parker the first time... Parker was already holding his own in later sparring sessions and you only have to watch his fights in late 2013 to now to see how far he's come. Anyway, we'll find out soon
Andy can move his head better than any opponent Parker has faced so far. he is also the fastest. I like Parker because he does the basics well. One thing Ruiz does is he can move his head and make Joseph miss and then counter like nobody Parker has faced. This is a fight that we will see who is a legitimate contender and who is a step(or two) behind the other. I don't really think this is worthy of a title fight, but thats what it is, and so a bug target will be placed firmly on the back of the winner of this fight. I think this fight will shock a few fans, and i can see this going the distance so a good fight lays ahead of us as far as things go.
