Can Saint Mosley Deliver us from Evil?

Ok, I am tired of Bob Arum and his BS, not only regarding the Pac-Mayweather fight, but just his guidance of Pacman's career in general.

Pacman is a ATG and future HOFer, this cannot be denied. But this crap with him willingly fighting fights that NO ONE has actually asked for is getting to be too much.

We've had to watch him fight Margo (a shot fighter), Clottey (coming off of a close loss, and unknown to the general public) and Now Mosley, whom I am a fan of, but who does not deserve this fight.

Arum is to be commended in part for making Pac a bigger star, but this whole thing about Pac only fighting in house fighters is ****ing ridiculous. Pac just smiles and takes the money, whereas at one point in his career, he went after guys who really posed a threat to him, and fought them multiple times.

Pac is still a talented fighter, no question. But his level of opposition as of late lets me know that he has gone for the money, and thats it. He no longer really cares about legacy, he just goes along with what Arum wants him to do.

Listen, he deserves to earn big paydays. When you get to this level, it's expected. It is also expected that some of his fights will be easier fights designed to keep him busy and in the public eye. This is understandable.

But because of Arum, we will only get fights with Pac against other Top Rank fighters, and that is not only unfair, it is going to catch up to Pac eventually. All because of a promotional war that no one really gives a **** about.

Arum's tricks have already cost him the DLH-PBF fight (the biggest in history), Kelly Pavlik's career (he never EVER should have put him in with BHOP), and the Lopez-Gamboa fight (because of a stupid idea to put Lopez in a meaningless fight with Salido, just so he can make Lopez look better that Gamboa).

IF Pac loses, it really takes the air out of all of this crap. People will be bought back down to earth regarding his skills (he is NOT the best ever), and also Arum will no longer have the position of superiority he thinks he hass over everyone else. And it will be Arum's fault for forcing a fight down everyone's throats that nobody even asked for.

Pac losing would also make Arum have to put him in with fighters from other promoters, be it GBP or someone else. No one will continue to see Pac fright the "Top Rank Old bum of the month" anymore, so if he still wants big bucks, he has to put him in with other fighters.

Is Shane the one to do this? 2 years ago, I would say yes. But he hasnt looked the same as of late, so I really dont know.

I think Shane, if mentally focused, can pull off the upset. Pac will not be able to just walk through anything Shane throws, and with Nazim in the corner, I think Shane will remember to move away from Pac's left hand, and go to the body early, which he will need to do. He will also need a jab, which he has sometimes, and sometimes he does not have.

Like I said, if this was 2 years ago, this fight would not be made (Roach is on the record as refusing to fight Mosley during this time). If Shane can turn back the clock for one more night, and do what I know he needs to do, I would pick him to win this fight. If Not, then Pac by Decision.

People will say I am a "*****" or whatever, but they can go **** themselves. I am a fan of the sport, and I want this nonsense to stop. A Pac loss would really bring everyone down to earth, and I think Pac would then have to really evaluate his career and what he wants to do going forward. Will he continue to be Arum's slave, or will he man up, and take the reigns of his own boxing destiny?
