He can make it, but the reason I believe he fights at 155 is because, as the a-side, if he ever does have any issues making weight (which might happen to a vast weight-cutter), he won't lose his belt on the scales. That can happen at 154, given he probably has to shift quite a bit of weight to make either. 155 gives him the freedom of fighting pretty much from 3 different weight classes of fighters too - he can drag 160s down, 154s and, as with this fight, 147s up.
