Can Sky really get away with DeGale vs Groves on its own as a PPV?

That didn't mean **** to a lot of people, the PPV card was Groves vs.Degale and Nathen Cleverly vs. some bloke for the world title.

As long as Warren can cobble together something similar to that then the card will stay PPV.

    Don't shoot the messenger.:deal

Exactly. As somebody said on another thread, Sky have hardly mentioned Braehmer by name in the build up. People are paying for Groves v DeGale and Cleverly fighting for a world title.

Of all the possible pull-outs from the two main fights, this is the one that matters the least to the overall card.

    Not really.

It's not a fight that's attracted too much attention over here, nor have they had chance to market it.

Wouldn't make much difference to the number of buys.

    :nono

    :thumbsup

I want to see Groves vs DeGale. I'm buying.

    :thumbsup

If Groves vs DeGale fell apart and the Clev fight went ahead as planned, I might have bought it, or might have gone out on the **** instead.

So long as this fight goes, I'm watching.

Can't wait for the fight but it's plain robbery to be charged this kind of money for a domestic dust up.

Any PPV card should have at least 1 world title fight. Just because we have been constantly told DeGale and Groves don't like each other and Groves beat him in some shitty ABA tournament hardly suffices as a selling point as a main event on PPV. Its a ****ing joke.
