I'm a bit exhausted so I only made it 8 minutes in. The gist of it is that Chocolatito is calm and grateful that his health is fine. He's happy that the checkup in the hospital showed he's okay. He mentions the various headbutts he suffered and talks about the difficulty of fighting with the blood impairing his vision. He also says the blood provoked a sense of urgency.
