Mayweather thougth that Pac was not going to take the figth, because of the upcoming election and all the injuries Pac obtained from fighting Cotto. Now, that Pac signed the contract, Mayweather is trying to find a way to avoid signing the contract.

He's NOT trash-talking though. All of his his comments like that are elicited by loaded questions from reporters tying to bait him into trash-talk. For example, the "Floyd is not a good role model" comment came when a reporter asked him "what do you think about Floyd's trash talking?".
