Mayweather/Pacquiao 118-110 Khan/Algieri 117-111 Then today, he had the Broner/Porter fight super close and was giving Broner rounds that, to me, were clear wins for Porter! Can someone explain his scoring to me? I feel as if he puts too much emphasis on a handful of decent counters. Porter was going out on his shield and effectively too for the most part. It seems like if the fighter is under Al Haymon, he'll score in huge favoritism towards them or at least the past few fights? (Mayweather, Khan, Broner). And I don't even want to talk about the first two judges' scorecards for Broner/Porter either....
His May/Pac score was fine, but you're right in that overall he's not a good scorer. Lederman is equally awful, though.
I used to really respect Farhood's scoring I usually agree with him on almost everything, and he's one of the best commentators in the business. But........he's soldout to Haymon completely, I thought he of all people would have more integrity, but money talks, even for Mr. Boxepia.
Tonight's the only time he messed up(if you wanna call it that way). Farhood doesn't get enough tv time-he's the best commentator, scorer,****yst, etc there is.
Farhood can't score fights for his life. Way over the top for the boxer type fighter. Porter won 9 rounds. Pac won minimum three and possibly 4.
Farhood is a fu.cking joke! I was scoring the fight and i gave Porter 10 out of the first 11 rounds and as far as im concerned it wasnt that difficult to judge but when Farhood flashed his scores after each passing round i found myself getting more pi.ssed off! Then you had Flores going on about how well broner was boxing:huh There was a round where Broner was pretty much doing nothing and Flores was going on about how good he was looking in that round then porter caught broner with a few good shots and clearly won the round and flores then says it was a easy round for porter:huh pbc presentation was just awful tonight. sadly BET had a better team working their broadcast tonight. sad really.
