watched the fight a 2nd time in detail, and peterson won at best 3 rounds, and that doesn't include the 10-7 round :patsch

and then they wonder what is wrong with boxing! :-(

it's a draw because lamont was perceived as winning 6 of the 10 rounds but victor had the two extra points for the knockdowns

i like the result for both of them actually -- victor will get a big fight and lamont can continue collecting decent paychecks

I think the only clear rds that ortiz won are 1,3 and 10. 3 is a 10-7

peterson arguably won all the others. Imo peterson by 1 point or a draw, I think it was good judging. Peterson landed so many clean left hooks it was laughable.

96-92, 97-91 sounds about right. ZERO idea how he got robbed on a Golden Boy card.

Sad but true... IMO, Boxing has a reverse racism when it comes to "Latin Fighter's"
Had Ortiz been a shade darker, He would have been credited for great "Boxing & Movement".

But Boxing expects more from the latin fighter, Will/would be perceived as a runner.
(Check De La Hoya in the Trinidad fight)

    Anyway, They have to rematch.

95~93 for ortiz I don't see how the one judge had Peterson winning
