can someone explain to me why floyd alowed mosley not to test for 18 days ?

    but when pacquaio agreed to all his testing in 2009 but not to test for 14 but he would test day after the fight aswell if mayweather realy wanted the fight he would of accepted it

    It was "random." The testing agency just happened to not do it again 18 days out. There was no "guarantee" that they wouldn't do another test within 18 days.

    Do you know what "random" means? It means "random," as in "any time" or "not confined to a set schedule." It doesn't mean test only after 14 days, or before 14 days, it means "maybe we do, maybe we do not."

    I know less than 30% of American citizens over the age of 25 have a Bachelor degree or better, but I figured we at least had a basic education for most people. Christ.

    You summed it up pretty well. The TS either doesn't understand the concept or is simply looking for a reaction.
