Can someone from the "Parker Robbed" camp explain why Parker, Higgins and Barry all disagree?

    I had it 9-3 AJ.

Parker and his camp know you need to do more than that.

They won't be able to, its agenda driven. Simple as.

Fair play to Kiwi as he was the most unbiased and level headed person the RBR thread, and he had Joshua winning.

Literally mind blown at this, i honestly can not beggin to fathom how anybody could come close to scoring it a parker win.

Out of interest the people who called it for parker were you watching the showtime or Skysports broadcast? The only possibly explanation i can think is if one broadcast commentary was heavily biased and somehow miraculously biased some people, What i saw one a dull but clear dominant performance from AJ, and like i say i was routing for parker and struggled to give him 3 rounds trying my hardest.

    Yess, it seems very strange.

There were a LOT of broadcasts of this fight, but US and UK tv favoured Joshua.

No robbery here. That would mean the fight wa competitive. It wasn't. Not even remotely.

I had it 9-3 or 10-2 Joshua, so the 119-110 was a bit of a stretch, Parker did well but Josh had his number

I agree that yours are fair scores, though I hardly felt like Joshua DESERVED the rounds. He just didnt deserve them LESS than Parker, if that makes sense

7-5 or maybe 8 to 4 maybe to Joshua. They were all very close rounds, which made it harder to score, because neither guy seemed to be very active in most of them. I had the bodybuilder through just doing a little bit more, and putting Parker in retreat mode the majority of the fight. There weren't many clean punches landed, interesting what the stats show. Almost as bad as Fury vs Klitschsko.

I'm going to have to watch it again as I was drinking last night, but I scored it 116-113 I think, Parker just got negated by the jab and the refereeing when he got inside.

Thought AJ's game plan was great and won him the fight in the end quite easily.

he was robbed in the sense the fight was a lot closer than 8 and 10 rounds to Joshua. That is a joke. Just because the lumbering weightlifter was on the front foot and chucking at fresh air doesn't win him every round bar a couple. Parker was always going to need the KO to get a draw.

I don't necessarily belong to the Parker were robbed camp. I was scoring bias as hell and I stopped scoring altogether when the ref started ****ing up.

Still I reckon this is an easy question. Parker's from New Zealand, the world's friendliest English speaking state by a longshot. Even if Parker was blatantly and egregiously robbed he'd be all nice and bull****, it's what they dig.

Joshua clearly won the fight. The issue I have is with the 119-109 scorecard. That was laughable.

Parker made it difficult for Joshua to land his left hook and uppercut. I would like to see Parker against the other few legit contenders that are in the division.

I stand by my 116-112 score, I allowed for 115-113 or 114-114 even 115-113 for Joshua, but you literally cannot give Joshua more than 5 rounds if you're being fair and balanced. Was it a robbery? No, because it could have been scored a draw or by a point for AJ or to points for Parker, due to the fact that a few of the rounds were near even, but it was a robbery in the sense that Parker needed to score 5 KD's to win fair and square, and even then I'm not sure they'd give it to him. On no planet is 119-109 or 118-110 even close to acceptable. So were those particular scores egregious and off the wall bat**** insane robbery type scores, absolutely. Its abundantly apparent Parker could not have won regardless of how well he performed, so that is the reason why quite a few people were appalled by the official scores.
