You guys left out the the beginning parts
Floyd wanted the fight at 154 and 10 oz gloves and CockRoach wanted 143 catch weight
They agreed to 147 and Floyd agreed to 10,000,000$ weight penalty, 8oz gloves, ring size and a 50/50 split
Floyd then asked for the testing
Pacquiao said he didn't want to do it because he was afraid of needles and superstitious.(Everybody looked at him dumb once they saw his tattoos)
Then Pacquiao said it would weaken him and he would take only 3 tests(one during the first promotional kickoff, 30 days before the fight and after the fight)
Floyd still wanted no cutoff
Then Pacquioa accused USADA of being an institution of Golden Boy and he thought they would tamper with the blood. Floyd responds by saying we can have Nevada do it as long as they do random blood tests all the way to the fight
Then that video of Manny giving blood shows up before the Hatton fight, they do the research on it and find out it was 24 days before the fight
So manny agrees to 24 days and Floyd still wants no cut off
They have one more last effort mediation and when they get together Floyd offers a 14 day cutoff.
They still don't accept it and then they go on to fight Clottey
