Can someone help me with Tommy Ryan's last fight?

I have posted this mystery awhile back with great response but NO resolution to the fight I certainly saw between Robinson and Bobby Dykes.at the Coney Island Velodrome in the early 1950s...This quandry is MY Bermuda Triangle....Sherlock Holmes where are you?

 

Hi. I'm writing the biography of "Syracuse" Tommy Ryan, and am hoping to have it published by Syracuse University Press when it's ready, in about a year and a half or so.

First, thanks for that, Henry. I have been helping my friend Tracy Callis with Ryan's CBZ record, and will have several additions (and a few deletions) to be made after my book is out. As for Harry Forbes, he scrapped with a different Tommy Ryan, a relative unknown from Oshkosh, WI. This boxrec entry is correct, at https://boxrec.com/en/box-pro/535134. I have the clipping from the 1907-5-30 Duluth News-Tribune and will try to paste it here.

 

Apparently I can't attach files to posts, but I do have the article and it wasn't THE Tommy Ryan who fought Forbes. I know I'm responding to an old thread, but I hope this helps.
