You have to realize to the WBA, new blood is Evander Holyfield, Monte Barrett and Jameel McCline.

Well Denis Boystov and Taras Bidenko will fight for the WBA interim title. The winner of that match fights the winner of Valuev-Chagaev.

It should be Ruiz vs Holyfield IV for the WBA title. That is the fight we want to see happen.

Or I would like to see Oquendo get another shot. It sucks seeing him get robbed all the time. Either Oquendo vs Holyfield II, Ruiz II, or Valuev would be good.

Haye should have fought for this title and then unified with Vlad or Vitali. Although as much as I like the speed and right hand of Haye, I am still not convinced he is a heavyweight and I do wonder if he could beat the 3 guys mentioned above.

This doesn't concern Haye. People say Haye isnt well known in America. But at the same time for some reason they cant stop talking about him.

The WBA has ruined its credibility with this fiasco of Ruiz, Chag, and Valuev rotating that title.....

The three of them have a trifecta of bordom. NOne of the three of them are even remotely exciting fighters, no do any of the three of them have any power to speak of............... And Valuev and Chag's handlers lack confidence in their fighter and neither will EVER go through with a fight with either K brother and unify. That I am reasonably certain of, but, I hope I am wrong.

Out of that illustrious three, Ruiz seems to be the only one who may be willing to fight other fighters, I'll give him credit for that.

Now if he'll just win the title, then actually go through with it, and fight someone else. LOL

No it's the WBA Intercontinental title, which means nothing. It is not an interim or an eliminator for Valuev-Chagaev. The winner will be closer to a shot perhaps, but still distantly behind Ruiz, Holyfield, the Valuev-Chagaev loser and probably Kali Meehan.

The WBA is the biggest farce in boxing. The SuperChamp and regular Champ is complete nonsense.

Anthony Mundine was knocked out by Sven Ottke and decisioned by Mikkel Kessler. Mundine is a two time WBA regular champion though despite failing in both Real World title fights of his. Mundine won the made up WBA regular belt against Antwun Echols and then Sam Soliman, far inferior fighters, while both Ottke and Kessler held the real belt.

Ok, tomorrow is the fight. Hopefully wew can get some resolution in the WBA.

I guess Chagaev is the Champion and Valuev is the interim Champion? Ruiz is the Mandatory.
