Can someone list all the p4p number 1's

Lets see Pac got the title because the current p4p number 1 over the last 4 years retired.

Floyd got the p4p number 1 because the guy in front of him lost.

Its a lot harder to get recognised as the p4p number 1 if the current p4p number 1 hasnt lost a fight since becoming p4p number 1.

The guys who gave up the P4P number 1 title (jones or Hopkins) was because they lost.

Mayweather never lost his p4p title he retired. Therefore Pac only got it by default because Mayweather didnt lose to create the argument that Pac should be promoted and take the title while Mayweather was active.

Emmanuel Dapidran P did become the top ranked fighter pfp to me when Floyd and Calzaghe retired, and Hop became inactive... When Floyd announced he was coming back, Dapidran was dropped to #2. Emmanuel Dapidran never became pfp the best by beating a top guy, and being voted over Floyd, nor was E-Dap voted over Floyd when votes were cast as to who the best fighter in the world is.

 

as far as i know mayweather retired in june and the p4p #1 became vacant... then pac destroyed diaz and most people put him at the #1 spot.
