It's the circumstances under how he wants it.
He is discrediting Pacquiao and his accomplishments with absolutely no evidence.
If you came to me applying for a job at mcdonalds and I never gave anyone a **** test before, but for absolutely no reason I said "I need you to go take a **** test, no one else has ever done it, but you should" you would feel discriminated against.

There is a great piece of video floating around ESB and Youtube showing Pacquiao getting Blood Drawn within 30 days of the hatton fight. He wasn't "superstitious" nor afraid of needles then...nor had a problem with complying to testing demands.

I read that he would take a blood test the day of the final press confrence before the fight and 1 right after the fight ..How can anyone argue with that ??
