    This:

Mayweather is demanding Olympic-style testing conducted by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, whose inflexible protocol calls for random urine and blood testing throughout training camps, fight week and even the day of the fight, with the ability to test any time, day or night. Both fighters would be subject to the same kind of testing.

The Pacquiao camp originally suggested using the more flexible agencies that oversee testing for American professional sports leagues before Arum said testing should be overseen by the Nevada commission.

I've also read their protocols they state that they have to notify USADA of their whereabouts and schedules. So pretty much like a parole officer.

Is this really all necessary? There is a fight you also have to prepare for. All they wish is to be guaranteed a cut off to when testings stop.

How is this a legit comparison? There are no rules against not fighting anyone. There are rules against steroids. So ****ing what if you're being accused as a coward? Is there a law that forces you to fight everyone? Pacquiao is being accused of doing something ILLEGAL, against the law. And when Pacquiao has the negative result, he has every right to sue that crackhead.

They waited til the night before the weigh in, they cornered Marquez because there is a big fight looming. If he refuses all that work would be for nothing.

Hey, he never had to sign it.

Just like Pac never had to agree with the blood testing the first time around.

    Making up facts?

    Floyd-Marquez signed a new contract.

    That's a fact.

Pac and team agreed to this type of random blood testing when the negotiations first started.

    That's a fact.

You're just looking for a way out.

if floyd was not taking the test i would agree with you....

but floyd could very well be on steroids also... so who's to say that he is accusing pacquiao of roids... he just wants more extensive testing

And Richard Schaffer too. Read the latest developments. Seems like Schaffer told Ronnie Nathanielsz that Pac was on PEDs back in September. And Ronnie is one of the most respected sports journalists in the Philippines. More ammo for Team Pac.

Pacquiao hasn't signed anything yet, and hopefully he doesn't. Is all of this really necessary?

I don't care about Floyd Jr. I don't think he's publicly said Manny's on the juice. It's Sr. who Manny should sue. He's the one who started this ****.

Actually you can if that opinion cost the other party money and the other party wants to recoup the money lost because of it. Im not saying he will win but on that basis he can sue.

that being said him suing just makes him look even more guilty. If you do not want you character defamed do what is necessary to clear your name and take the test.
