Why does it need to be NSAC and not the USADA? Mayweather did request olympic style drug testing, no? Which Pac accepted... And is it the USADA that does the testing for that?

 

Mayweather has the right to ask for Oylmpic style testing this does in fact show that he is scared.Im not gonna lie Pac should take the test to show everyone he aint hiding nothing.On the same tip though no other pro boxer in has been subjected to do these test. Really PBF fans still said he could beat Pac after cotto fight anyways so why do they now want him to take test...this whole ordeal is ******ed..

How could anyone blame Floyd for wanting a fair fight? Pacquiao is to blame for refusing random blood tests. If Pacquiao is clean he should just take the test to prove it and everything goes away.
